What is Mechanical vapor Recompression working principles?

Mechanical vapor recompression evaporator referred to as MVR. The system includes a warm-up phase, the stages are include below:-   The feed Preheating stages are steam plate heat exchanger, Distilled water plate heat exchanger, filter, feed pump, distilled water. FallingFilm Evaporation stages separator, circulation pump, circulation evaporator. Forced Circulation Evaporation Stage  Crstal separator, forced circulation evaporator circulation pump. Centrifugal separation Stage  Thickener centrifuge, mother liquor tank. The first step of the MVR system is:   1.        We have to feed through the feed pump after that material is transported to the filter it removes the impurities after that, the material is heated by distilled water plate heat exchanger in that after this process preheat the material to evaporation temperature, the evaporator enters the falling film evaporation stage. The material is first transported to the distributor through the falling film circul

What is the Multi Effect Evaporator?

The multiple-effect evaporator combines two or more evaporator bodies to save fresh steam, which is condensed in the first-effect heat exchanger only. Water evaporated in the first-effect vapor body is condensed in the second-effect heat exchanger, which provides energy for the evaporation in the second-effect vapor body (and so on for next effects). Vapor from the last effect flows to a condenser and condensed water can be recycled or ruse. MEE can be arranged in multiple combinations viz. Forces Circulation, Falling Film, Rising Film with ATFD. Additionally can be attached with TVR or MVR for more savings on Fresh steam. Applications of Multiple Effect Evaporator :- Effluent Treatment : Industries like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Textile, Dyeing, Breweries, Automobiles, Milk, Food industries etc, generates process effluents which are harmful to the environment. These effluents generally consist of water in huge amount and waste (contaminants). By evaporating the water from the efflue
